Geometry

Geometry is a branch of mathematics that focuses on configuration, angles, measurements of variety of things that is viewed in day-to-day life. Geometry has been derived from the two Greek words, Geo meaning earth and metron meaning measurement. In Euclidean geometry, there are two-dimensional figures and three-dimensional figures. In an elementary geometry, 2d shapes such as triangles, squares, rectangles, circles are also called smooth surface. In geometry of space, 3d shapes such as a cube, cuboid, cone, sphere, cylinder and holo cylinder are called solids. The fundamental geometry is based on points, lines and planes, which are summarised in coordinate
